1. About SockKids for Kids

SockKids for Kids is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing socks, books, and other  items to children in need and supporting community programs that promote health, dignity, and well-being.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old, or using the Services with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Use of Our Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful and charitable purposes consistent with our mission. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for fraudulent or harmful activities.
• Interfere with the operation of the Services.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Donations

If you choose to make a donation:

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law.
• You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method provided.
• We may use your donation in the manner we determine best supports our mission, unless you have made a legally permissible restricted gift that we have expressly agreed to accept.

SockKids for Kids does not store full credit card information; donations are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

All content on the Services, including text, logos, images, graphics, videos, and program materials, is the property of SockKids for Kids or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content.
